<p>Respond to service and maintenance requests for deployed Edge Data Containers and Quantum Data Container systems across the US. Handle preventive maintenance visits, emergency service calls, parts replacements, and system upgrades for our growing installed base.</p>

<p>Perform calibration, maintenance, and service on deployed Smart Radar System units across automotive, C-ITS, security, and industrial applications. Respond to field service requests including parts replacements, firmware updates, and system diagnostics.</p>
Parts & Service Request Coordinator
<p>Manage inbound parts and service requests across all Smart Systems USA product lines — Edge Data Containers, Quantum Containers, and Smart Radar Systems. You will triage, dispatch, and track all support tickets from initial request through resolution.</p>
Supply Chain & Receiving Coordinator
<p>Manage inbound materials for our Edge Data Center Module factory — coordinating receipt of electrical gear, cooling equipment, UPS batteries, structural steel, and IT components across 6–10 receiving dock bays. You'll operate within an ERP-integrated inventory management system.</p>

Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Engineer
<p>Own the Factory Acceptance Testing process for all Edge Data Center Modules — from 100 kW micro pods to 5 MW AI/HPC units — using dedicated 480V/3-phase test bays and full resistive load banks. You are the final gatekeeper before modules ship to customers.</p>
Structural Welding Lead
<p>Lead a team of 5–10 MIG/TIG welders fabricating structural frames and enclosures for our modular Edge Data Center Modules (EDMs). You will oversee robotic welding cells and manual welding stations across our Structural Fabrication Zone.</p>
CNC Fabrication & Structural Engineer
<p>Join our Factory division to operate and program CNC plasma cutting tables, fiber laser cutters, and CNC press brakes used in the fabrication of Edge Data Center Module enclosures. You'll be working in our 100,000 sq ft vertically integrated manufacturing plant producing Tier 1–3 EDMs.</p>
Electrical Systems Engineer – EDM
